Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sunotel Aston of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, when booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the pool is open from 10:00 to 20:30. All guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Gluten-free breakfasts are available under previous request. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that the free bike service is subjected to availability.
